1. Acceptance and scope
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Sellatic's website, calculators, content, communications and services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Services for a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.
2. Our role and service estimates
Sellatic helps customers access business, compliance, financial, digital and professional services. The precise scope, fees, documents, timelines and deliverables for a request will be set out on the relevant service page, proposal, order confirmation or written communication. Calculator outputs and website content are indicative only and are not financial, legal, tax or investment advice. Government approvals, third-party decisions and external processing times are outside our control and are not guaranteed.
3. Accounts and information
You must provide accurate, complete and current information, keep login credentials confidential, and promptly tell us about unauthorised use of your account. You are responsible for the information and documents you submit and confirm that you have the right to provide them. Do not upload unlawful, misleading, infringing or harmful material.
4. Fees, payments and taxes
Our quoted fees and any applicable taxes will be communicated before payment. Government fees, stamp duties, third-party charges, payment gateway charges and professional expenses may be additional unless expressly included in writing. You must pay amounts when due using an approved payment method. The Refund Policy applies to cancellation and refund requests.
5. Delivery and customer cooperation
We will use reasonable efforts to deliver the agreed scope. You must provide requested documents, approvals and responses promptly; delays can affect delivery dates. Unless the agreed scope states otherwise, one reasonable round of factual corrections may be included before completion. We may pause or cancel a request where documents are incomplete, information appears inaccurate, payment is overdue, or continuing could breach law or professional obligations.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Services, interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape data without permission, impersonate another person, or use our materials in a way that infringes rights or violates law. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
7. Intellectual property
Sellatic and its licensors retain ownership of the website, branding, tools, templates and other materials, except for your own submitted content. Subject to full payment, you may use service deliverables for your internal business purpose as described in the agreed scope. You may not reproduce, resell or distribute our materials except with written permission.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access, a particular business outcome, government approval, financing approval, ranking, revenue or other result. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Where permitted, Sellatic's total liability for a claim related to a paid service is limited to the fees paid to Sellatic for that specific service in the preceding three months.
